At KOVA, we aim to provide a fair and consistent policy for all clients.


Classes, Memberships & Packages

All class purchases, memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused classes or memberships cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Expiry dates apply to all memberships and class packs as stated at the time of purchase.


Cancellation Policy

Classes cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be returned to your account for future use. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged in full.
No-shows and missed classes are non-refundable.


Introductory Offers & Promotions

Introductory offers, promotional packages and discounted purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or extended.


Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical reasons or exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of KOVA management. Supporting documentation may be required.


Studio Cancellations

If KOVA cancels a class, clients will be offered either:
a class credit, or the option to transfer to another available session.


Membership Changes

KOVA reserves the right to amend pricing, memberships or class schedules at any time. Any changes will be communicated where applicable.
