After travelling the East coast of Australia me and my partner settled in Melbourne where I quickly learned that wellness is such a massive part of their lifestyle. Going to different types of pilates classes became such a huge part of my routine, it made me feel so calm, confident and strong minded. Safe to say I quickly fell in love with pilates and how it made me and others feel, it got me inspired to make others feel that way, so here I am... opening my own pilates studio!!!

After consistently studying pilates for 9 months, I am fully qualified in both mat and reformer pilates and I'm excited to bring my knowledge and love for pilates back home from Melbourne to King's Lynn.
